About Susan
Susan Alexander has transitioned from entertaining clients to the general public. Blaming her creative repression on years of wanting to pay rent and putting clothes on her back, Susan realized that she needs to follow her true passion of making people laugh.

Susan has worked as a sales and marketing executive in media specifically working with top video game companies for the past eight years. Yes, Susan has eight years of repressed work experience to unleash on the public.

Susan’s Biography
Born with passport in hand and her father still in active military duty, Susan traveled to Korea (her mother’s homeland) and all over the United States before the age of 10 when her family finally settled down in Carlisle, PA. At an early age, Susan became interested in writing. In high school, she became the news editor of her school paper and then went to study Journalism at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and graduated in 1993.

After graduation, Susan went to Washington, DC to work for a short time at the American Bar Association of International Law. Realizing she did not want to study law, she re-located to New York City to work at two companies that allowed her to use her writing skills and creativity. The first company was called Jack Morton Worldwide, an experiential communications firm. In 1994, Susan started as a sales assistant and then assisted in launching the marketing department at Jack Morton. The Internet boom was starting and Susan co-founded and launched an online entertainment site called UGO from 1997-2002. Susan’s roles in the company ranged from Director of Marketing to Advertising Director in the West Coast. Susan was responsible for leading the way for the video game partnerships on UGO.

From 2004 - 2005, Susan hosted and produced popular live weekly Friday and Saturday Night Showcases in downtown San Francisco at the SF Comedy Club. The same year, Susan hosted and developed a successful Tuesday Comedy Night which served as a work-out room for professional and new comedians to practice in front of a live audience in San Francisco at The Canvas.

In 2005, Susan created Singles Who Mingle™ which is the first-ever event that offers singles a mix of stand-up comedy and match making services. The Singles Who Mingle™ events will be touring in top US cities for singles in Spring/Summer 2006.
